GroupCamp unveils Partner Program, targets internet solution providers for its online collaboration software
GroupCamp launches its Partner Program designed to empower internet solution providers and IT consulting and integration companies looking to generate revenues from increasing demand for SaaS(Software as a Service) solutions such as GroupCamp Project ( an online project management software for businesses.
Through the GroupCamp program, partners have access to an online resource center ( with all the necessary sales tools required to highlight the value of web-based or cloud-based software. Authorized partners are also empowered with a series of online applications within their GroupCamp account to allow them to manage customers to whom they provide Customer support.

The program was launched with two initial partnership levels: the first level allows partners to generate consulting and implementation revenues by setting up online software solutions for business customers. The second level aims at helping partners generate revenues by providing customized customer support around GroupCamp products.

Linking Customer accounts to Partner accounts

Authorized GroupCamp partners who wish to provide Customer support service to customers of GroupCamp’s web-based collaboration software can do so by linking Customer accounts to their Partner accounts. Once they have secured the agreement of a customer, partners can, by attaching the customer account to theirs, better manage their relationship with customers. Once the customer account is linked, all emails sent from the customer account will be directed to the Partner. This model gaurantees that the Partner manages the customer relationship completely.

According to Dickel SOORIAH, co-founder of GroupCamp, « even if we design our offerings to be simple enough for businesses to subscribe online, many customers need to be accompanied on the most efficient way of implementing online software within their companies based on very specific requirements and use cases. Our objective is to provide to our partners all the tools they need to provide the right level of consulting and integration expertise to customers. »
